Very Disappointed with lack of any customer care I have tried to telephone Epson for advice on setting up internet to printer but their phone just rings out. There is no on line support! All that happens is you are advised to log in and then told sorry we canât help! I have never experienced such frustrating failure of service from anyone before.
Awful: waste of money and time (no EPSON USB cable shipped in the box) Set up of this printer took two of us and a load of searching on the Epson website for instructions on how to find, download and install the drivers. (about 4 hours we won’t get back). It’s probably easier if you have a CD drive as the printer ships with a disc. (Windows 10 and Vodafone router)There are a minimum of 3 steps:1. download and install the printer and scanner drivers (these are separate). Easiest installation ever I have used Epson printers for years, and like them. I used to run my own computer problem solving business. I have a home network with three computers currently running Windows 10. I bought this printer to replace an old one which had died.I was quite prepared for the usual installation process.
