Prints nicely. Brittle MDF finish. Smells good. Recommended This wood filament printed without problems using a 0.4mm brass nozzle on a V5 hotend.EDIT: Do not overheat the extruder past normal PLA temperatures! The wood particles will burn, further over heating the hotend, clogging your nozzles, and damaging the end of your bowden tube. My printer automatically heats the extruder to 240 if you wish to extrude filament and I learnt the above the hard way. :-(Temperature of 200c produced some stringing, so careful calibration of…

Brilliant white with good consistency! Having used up almost all my remaining white PLA making my spool older and having an urgent Pokemon print to do for a friends birthday I stayed away from that auction site to get guaranteed next day delivery and found this Geeetech white.Amazon shipped this box in a white bubble bag which is not sufficient protection, you can see in my images where part of the spool has bust through the edge of its box and one side has snapped off. Had to get this print done so there wasn’t time to…

Quality filament 3D printer filament is a bit of a minefield with wide price variations and some truely awful filament around, especially at lower prices. Geeetech filament is a low-mid priced filament, but is well worth the money. The wood filament is slightly different to normal as it contains very fine wood particles. This means that during printing you get a very nice woody smell which fills the room. There is also some subtle colour differences as it prints as different wood particles ‘burn’ a different…
